	A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
	AN ACT
	relating to opening containers or possessing open containers of
	certain alcoholic beverages on the premises of a package store.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
	SECTION 1.  Section 22.10, Alcoholic Beverage Code, is
	repealed.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
