Amend CSHB 910 (house committee report) on page 33 of the bill by striking line 13 and substituting the following:
but:
(1) was carried in a shoulder or belt holster by the license holder; and
(2) the license holder:
(A) is covered by a liability insurance policy that:
(i) has a policy limit of $250,000 or more; and
(ii) includes as a covered peril the negligent use of the handgun the license holder is carrying; and
(B) carries proof of the insurance coverage described by Paragraph (A) on or about the license holder's person.
