Amend CSHB 150 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1) On page 1, line 5 strike "Subsection (d)" and substitute "Subsections (d) and (e)".

(2) On page 1, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following:

(e) Notwithstanding Subsection (d), a county currently using mountain standard time may choose whether to use mountain standard time, pacific standard time, or central standard time.
