Amend CSHB 150 (house committee printing) is amended by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill as appropriate:
SECTION ____. Subchapter B, Chapter 312, Government Code, is amended by adding Section 312.017 to read as follows:
Sec. 312.017. TEXAS TIME. The standard time of this state shall be known as Texas time.
