The Senate Committee on Education will hold a joint hearing with the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Rural Affairs and Homeland Security on Monday, January 28, 2013 at 2:00 PM or 30 minutes upon adjournment of the Senate in the Senate Chamber.

The committees will meet to hear an overview of student safety policies in Texas and discuss possible policy changes.

The committees will hear invited testimony on this issue followed by public testimony. 

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes per person.
