The Senate Committee on Business & Commerce will meet at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 in Room E1.016 of the Texas Capitol Extension.  The Committee will:

·                Discuss its work plan for the 83rd Legislative Interim.

·                Receive quarterly updates from the Texas Department of Insurance, the Public Utility Commission of Texas, the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, and the Electric Reliability Council of Texas.

·                Receive public testimony.

Invited witnesses are asked to provide written testimony and exhibits in electronic format no later than Thursday, October 10, 2013. Public witnesses are requested to limit oral remarks to three minutes and are welcome to submit written testimony of any length and content.
