The Senate Committee on Business and Commerce will convene at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday April 16, 2013, in room E1.016 of the Capitol Extension to take up the following bills for consideration as new business:


SB 1239       Rodríguez              
Relating to compensation for excess electricity generated by a retail electric customer's on-site generation.

SB 1334       Lucio                  
Relating to accounting and payoff statements for certain seller-financed residential loans; providing a penalty.

SB 1506       Schwertner             
Relating to fire safety inspections.

SB 1567       Davis                  
Relating to coverage of certain persons under an automobile insurance policy.

SB 1715       Davis                  
Relating to a requirement that a credit access business include copies of its agreements with third-party lenders in an application for a license.

At the Chair's discretion, the Committee may also consider any pending business.
