Relating to the use of a polygraph statement as evidence that a defendant or releasee from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice has violated a condition of release.

SB 391        West                   
Relating to a defendant's obligation to pay a fine or court cost after the expiration of a period of community supervision.

SB 745        Nelson                 
Relating to review and verification procedures, allowing certain claimants to file an application under the Crime Victims' Compensation Act, and the administration of the Sexual Assault Prevention and Crisis Services Act.

SB 826        Whitmire               
Relating to notification regarding the anticipated release of a potential predator from civil commitment.

SB 1096       Hinojosa               
Relating to the monthly fee a defendant must pay during a period of community supervision.
