The Committee will consider budget recommendations for state agencies within Article II including:

Department of Aging and Disability Services

Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services

Department of Family and Protective Services

Department of State Health Services

Health and Human Services Commission

Health and Human Services Special Provisions on Article II

The Committee will begin the hearing with testimony on the Department of Public Safety's security policies for the Texas Governor's Mansion.

The Committee will also consider budget recommendations within Article X.

The Committee may consider any unfinished or pending business.

The Committee will hear invited testimony only.
