The House Appropriations Subcommittee on Articles VI, VII and VIII will hold a joint hearing with the House Natural Resources Committee to consider the following interim charge:

Monitor the use of funds provided or made available to Texas in relation to the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill and make recommendations on the appropriate use of these funds in the future.

The subcommittee will hear invited testimony only.
