Pursuant to a notice posted on October 6, 2014, the Joint Committee to Study Human Trafficking met in a public hearing and was called to order by the co-chair, Senator Huffman at 10:05 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Alonzo; Fletcher; Hunter; Longoria; Moody; Riddle; Workman; Senators Huffman; Nelson and Whitmire.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair recognized Cardinal DiNardo to address the committee.

 

The chair recognized TSU personnel for a special presentation to Representative. S. Thompson.
