Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Natural Resources was held on Tuesday, March 26, 2013, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.012, at Austin, Texas.

The chair called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM. The following business was transacted:

 

The chair laid out SB 611 and recognized the author, Senator Lucio, to explain the bill.

 

The roll was called at 9:05 AM. A quorum was present.
