Senator Hegar moved that HB 709 be reported favorably to the Senate Committee on Finance with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion carried with a record vote of 4 ayes, 0 nays, 0 present not voting, and 1 absent.

 

Senator Hegar moved that HB 1511 be reported favorably to the Senate Committee on Finance with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion carried with a record vote of 4 ayes, 0 nays, 0 present not voting, and 1 absent.

Senator Hegar moved that HB 2972 be reported favorably to the Senate Committee on Finance with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion carried with a record vote of 4 ayes, 0 nays, 0 present not voting, and 1 absent.

 

Senator Hegar moved that HB 3438 be reported favorably to the Senate Committee on Finance with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion carried with a record vote of 4 ayes, 0 nays, 0 present not voting, and 1 absent.

 

Senator Hegar moved that HB 3439 be reported favorably to the Senate Committee on Finance with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion carried with a record vote of 4 ayes, 0 nays, 0 present not voting, and 1 absent.

 

Senator Hegar moved that HJR 24 be reported favorably to the Senate Committee on Finance with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion carried with a record vote of 4 ayes, 0 nays, 0 present not voting, and 1 absent.

 

The chair laid out as a matter of pending business HB 1736 by Senator West.

Senator Huffman submitted a motion in writing asking to be shown voting aye on HB 97, HB 500 and HB 709. There was no objection.
