Senator Hinojosa called the meeting to order at 9:02 AM. The following business was transacted:
Senate Bill 1 was laid out as pending business.
Testimony was heard on Article VIII – Regulatory. Witnesses testifying and registering on the bill are shown on the attached list.

At 10:57 AM Senator Williams moved that the Committee stand recessed until 30 minutes after adjournment of the Senate. Without objection, it was so ordered.
At 1:02 PM the Committee reconvened. Senator Hinojosa assumed the chair.
