Pursuant to a notice posted on April 17, 2013, revised on April 18, 2013, and permission granted on April 22, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 5:23 p.m.
