Pursuant to a notice posted on April 10, 2013, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 11, 2013, and permission granted on April 15, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 2:18 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hilderbran; Otto; Button; Gonzalez, Naomi; and Ritter.

 

A quorum was present.
