CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 22, 2013, the House Committee on Ways & Means authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Ways & Means held on April 11, 2013. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 11, 2013, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 1:55 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hilderbran; Otto; Bohac; Button; Eiland; Gonzalez, Naomi; and Strama.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 697 as pending business.

 

Representative Eiland moved that HB 697, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
