On April 29, 2013, the House Committee on Ways & Means authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Ways & Means held on April 8, 2013. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 3, 2013, revised twice on April 3, 2013, and permission granted on April 8, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 3:31 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hilderbran; Otto; Button; Gonzalez, Naomi; and Ritter.

 

A quorum was present.
