Pursuant to a notice posted on April 26, 2013, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 1, 2013, and permission granted on May 1, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 7:56 p.m.
