Pursuant to a notice posted on April 12, 2013, revised 2 times on April 12, 2013, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 17, 2013 to hear House Bill 1734, and permission granted on April 17, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 3:35 p.m.
