Pursuant to a notice posted on August 8, 2014, the House Committee on Transportation Funding, Expenditures & Finance, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 9:10 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pickett; Martinez, "Mando"; Muņoz, Jr.; Phillips; and Simmons.
A quorum was present.
Representatives Huberty, Workman and Larson now present.
The chair recognized Representatives Darby, Israel and Frank.
The committee heard invited testimony from Legislative Budget Board on transportation issues and revenue sources.
