Pursuant to a notice posted on May 1, 2014, the House Committee on Transportation Funding, Expenditures & Finance, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 9:10 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pickett; Huberty; Larson; Martinez, "Mando"; McClendon; Muņoz, Jr.; Phillips; Simmons; and Workman.
A quorum was present.
The chair acknowledged the members of the committee and gave each an opportunity to speak.
Representative Frank was also in attendance.

At 3:06 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
