Pursuant to a notice posted on April 30, 2013, the House Committee on Transportation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at 9:33 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Phillips; Martinez, "Mando"; Fletcher; Guerra; Harper-Brown; and Lavender.

The chair laid out SB 1670 as pending business.

 

The chair moved that SB 1670, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
