Pursuant to a notice posted on April 11, 2013, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 16, 2013, and permission granted on April 16, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at 8:00 a.m.
