CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On March 12, 2013, the House Committee on Transportation authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Transportation held on February 26, 2013. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on February 20, 2013, and permission granted on February 26, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at 8:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Phillips; Martinez, "Mando"; Burkett; Fletcher; Guerra; Harper-Brown; Lavender; and Pickett.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

HB 767

 

The chair laid out HB 767.

 

The chair recognized Representative King, Phil to explain HB 767.
