Pursuant to a notice posted on April 19, 2013, revised on April 19, 2013, April 22, 2013, and April 23, 2013, the House Committee on Special Purpose Districts met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, Dennis, at 8:01 a.m.
