Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 8, 2013, and permission granted on April 8, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Rules & Resolutions met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative McClendon, at 3:10 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives McClendon; Isaac; Farias; Lozano; Nevárez; Patrick, Diane; Perez; and Sheffield, J. D..

 

A quorum was present.
