Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 15, 2013, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 12:50 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Guillen; Aycock; Kuempel; Larson; Nevárez; and Smith.

 

A quorum was present.
