Pursuant to a notice posted on April 19, 2013, and permission granted on April 24, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 5:12 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Guillen; Kuempel; Larson; and Smith.
