Pursuant to a notice posted on April 12, 2013, and permission granted on April 17, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Dawnna Dukes, at 3:20 p.m.
