Pursuant to a notice posted on April 26, 2013, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 29, 2013, and permission granted on May 1, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 8:11 a.m.
