CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 17, 2013, the House Committee on Public Health authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Public Health held on April 12, 2013. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 11, 2013, the House Committee on Public Health met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 9:15 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kolkhorst; Naishtat; Coleman; Collier; Cortez; Davis, Sarah; Guerra; King, Susan; Laubenberg; Sheffield, J. D.; and Zedler.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

HB 46

 

The chair laid out HB 46 as pending business.

 

The original committee substitute by Rep. Zedler was not considered. 

 

The chair offered a new complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
