Pursuant to a notice posted on April 14, 2014, the House Committee on Public Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Aycock, at 10:11 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Aycock; Allen; Deshotel; Farney; Huberty; Ratliff; Rodriguez, Justin; and Villarreal.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

 

Testimony was taken.

At 3:38 p.m., on the motion of Representative Aycock and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
