Pursuant to a notice posted on April 10, 2013, and permission granted on April 15, 2013, to meet while the House was in session during reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Pensions met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Callegari, at 2:12 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Callegari; Alonzo; Branch; Frullo; Gutierrez; King, Phil; and Stephenson.
