Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 10, 2013, and permission granted on April 10, 2013, to meet while the House was in session during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Pensions met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Callegari, at 11:48 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Callegari; Branch; Frullo; Gutierrez; King, Phil; and Stephenson.
