Pursuant to a notice posted on February 27, 2013, the House Committee on Pensions met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Callegari, at 10:02 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Callegari; Alonzo; Frullo; and Stephenson.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

HB 784

 

The chair laid out HB 784.

 

The chair recognized Representative Guillen to explain HB 784.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The chair recognized Representative Guillen to explain HB 784.

Representative Callegari offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The chair recognized Representative Callegari to explain HB 13.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

The chair moved that HB 13, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representatives Branch; Gutierrez (2).
