CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 7, 2013, the House Committee on Natural Resources authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Natural Resources held on May 1, 2013. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 30, 2013, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Ritter, at 9:33 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Ritter; Johnson; Ashby; King, Tracy O.; Larson; Lucio III; and Miller, Doug.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

The chair directed that the April 16, 2013 minutes for the House Committee on Natural Resources be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

HB 1461

 

The chair laid out HB 1461 as pending business.

 

Representative Miller, Doug offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Miller, Doug moved that HB 1461, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Ritter; Johnson; Ashby; Bonnen, Dennis; King, Tracy O.; Larson; Lucio III; Miller, Doug (8).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representatives Callegari; Keffer; Martinez Fischer (3).

The chair laid out HB 2781 as pending business.

 

Representative Ashby offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Ashby moved that HB 2781, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Representative King, Tracy O. moved to reconsider the vote by which HB 2781 was reported favorably from Committee. The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.
