Pursuant to a notice posted on March 7, 2013, and permission granted on March 12, 2013 to meet while the House was in session during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Ritter, at 8:01 a.m.
