Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 13, 2013, and permission granted on May 13, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, Senfronia, at 2:49 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Larson; Anderson; Burkett; Collier; Farney; Gonzales, Larry; Martinez, "Mando"; Moody; Muñoz, Jr.; and Sheets.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

Representative Anderson moved that the floor amendments to HB 3860, SB 183, and SB 260 be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Tuesday, May 14, 2013.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Anderson moved that the following measure be transferred over to the House Calendars Committee: SB 542.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Moody moved that the following measures not be placed on the calendar at this time:  HB 1277, HB 1941, HB 1942, HB 3869, HB 3872, HB 3873, HB 3890, HB 3891, HB 3892, HB 3893, HB 3894, SB 948. The motion prevailed without objection.
