Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 1, 2013, and permission granted on May 1, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, Senfronia, at 1:48 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Larson; Anderson; Bohac; Burkett; Collier; Farney; Gonzales, Larry; Martinez, "Mando"; Moody; Muñoz, Jr.; and Sheets.

A quorum was present.

Representative Anderson moved that the floor amendment to HB 2560 be approved to be offered during consideration of the Addendum--Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Thursday, May 2, 2013.  The motion prevailed without objection.

Representative Gonzales, Larry moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House Calendars Committee: HB 1124, HB 1273, HB 1622, HB 2731, SB 1665.  The motion prevailed without objection.
