Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 8, 2013, and permission granted on April 8, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, Senfronia, at 2:20 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Anderson; Bohac; Burkett; Clardy; Collier; Farney; Gonzales, Larry; Moody; Muņoz, Jr.; and Sheets.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

Representative Burkett moved that the floor amendment to HB 1272 be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Thursday, April 11, 2013.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Sheets moved that the floor amendment to HB 699 or its companion document be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Thursday, April 11, 2013.  The motion prevailed without objection.

Representative Bohac moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House Calendars Committee: HB 696, HB 717, HB 1081, HB 1278.  The motion prevailed without objection.
