Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 17, 2013, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 6:54 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Deshotel; Walle; Frank; Goldman; Herrero; Paddie; Parker; Simpson; and Springer.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out SB 1560 as pending business.

 

Representative Springer moved that SB 1560, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Deshotel; Frank; Goldman; Herrero; Parker; Springer (6).

 

Nays:                           Representatives Walle; Paddie; Simpson (3).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        None (0).

 

At 6:56 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
