Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 30, 2013, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 2:14 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Deshotel; Walle; Frank; Goldman; Paddie; and Simpson.

The chair laid out HB 3088 as pending business.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Simpson moved that HB 3088, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
