Pursuant to a notice posted on May 8, 2013, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 13, 2013, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Lewis, at 5:40 p.m.
