Pursuant to a notice posted on April 10, 2013, and permission granted on April 15, 2013 to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Probate, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Farrar, at 9:11 a.m.
