Pursuant to a notice posted on April 3, 2013, and permission granted on April 8, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Lewis, at 3:35 p.m.
