On April 23, 2013, the House Committee on Insurance authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Insurance held on April 16, 2013. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 11, 2013, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 15, 2013, and permission granted on April 16, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Insurance met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 2:09 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Smithee; Bonnen, Greg; Creighton; Muņoz, Jr.; Sheets; and Turner, Chris.
