Pursuant to a notice posted on February 28, 2013, and permission granted on March 5, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 12:04 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Raymond; Gonzalez, Naomi; Klick; Sanford; and Turner, Scott.
