Pursuant to a notice posted on February 21, 2013, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 8:08 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Raymond; Gonzalez, Naomi; Fallon; Sanford; and Turner, Scott.

 

A quorum was present.
