Pursuant to an announcement from the House floor on April 26, 2013, and permission granted on April 26, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Branch, at 11:41 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Branch; Patrick, Diane; Alonzo; Clardy; Howard; Martinez, "Mando"; and Raney.
